Caroline Hukins, Writing & Therapy | Counsellor, writer, group facilitator, and trainer based in North Wiltshire

Hello, I’m Caroline

I am a counsellor, writer, group facilitator, and trainer based in North Wiltshire. Through writing and therapy, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences and challenges.

Writing and therapy are two powerful and effective ways to support mental wellbeing. Each can stand alone; I love offering either - and I especially love bringing the two things together.  I offer counselling with or without a writing element (it is always your choice), and I offer writing groups that can be more or less therapeutic depending on the purpose and the wishes of a group.

With any or all of these approaches, I can help you make sense of your experiences, look at different aspects of your life, and lay positive foundations for any changes you choose to make. I believe that by better knowing, understanding, and accepting ourselves, we can find greater confidence and peace.
